Return Policy — VHsupply

For hygiene reasons, all hair products (wigs, bundles, and lashes) are final sale once opened or used. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

Return Conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns are not accepted on products that have been installed, washed, dyed, or altered in any way

How to Request a Return: Contact us at Support@vhsuppliescom.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will send you return shipping instructions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not automatically issued simply because a return is requested.

A refund may be approved only if:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • The packaging was significantly damaged and affected the condition of the product.

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before a refund decision is made.

If the product does not meet the return requirements, the refund request will be denied.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the inspection has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Used wigs
  • Customized wigs
  • Wigs that have been cut, colored, washed, installed, or chemically treated
  • Opened hair extensions
  • Opened eyelashes
  • Clearance or Final Sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VH Supplies is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
